Year of the Script: Prompt ONE!
The Galactic Counsel of Planets has convened to determine the fate of Earth. YOU have been selected to represent Earth and plead her case. The counsel is leaning towards humane euthanasia of the human population who they have determined are destroying the planet.
Take this scenario anywhere you wish. Serious, hilarious, death and destruction, or?
Write a script of any length. Can you save us? Or will you just ask for asylum and let it all end.
Format and display are at the author's discretion. I recommend researching script formatting as I know this is new to many of us. However, no one will be disqualified for formatting. We all must begin the learning process somewhere, yes?
Remember, this is a SCRIPT and not a story. You'll want to describe the settings and movements of the characters in a way the reader can visualize the action. Be careful to note which character is saying what AND what they are doing as they speak. Well, you get the idea ...
