From Jingle Bells to Jesus
by livelylinda
First of all, this is almost impossible to read; the font on red background hurts the eyes.
The first lines,
"jingle bells
jingle jangle bells" is hard to put together with too many j's.
Also, the line,
"large cups of egg nog in every hand" is too wordy and throws off the flow.

O.K., at first you were just plain stupid within your need to give me a "spite" review; I gave you a deserved 4 stars and in return, now you have given me a 1 star and a 2 star on 6 rated poems. At this point, it is apparent that you are jealous of my work. My overall rating for poetry is 6 stars and my overall rating for short stories is 6 stars. Most of my work receives 5 and 6 stars each, with occasional 3 or 4 stars when one out of a hundred reviews feel something is lacking. I do not attack those reviewers, but thank them for their opinions. I have read the rules for reviewing: one is to be honest. I was honest with my feeling about your poem. The reviewer is suppose to tell the writer what is good about the poem and what might be improved. I did all three of those things. I complimented you on your rhyme and rhythm and structure, colors and picture. I told you that the subject matter was old and worn out and I would expect you to find a new slant, something to make it fresh and unique which would improve greatly on your work. I am NOT going to change my review. And, one other time, a few years ago on another site, a male writer did this same childish spite review nonsense and he was kicked off the site. My ratings were restored. At this point I think you must be a 13 year old (because of your actions). If so, don't mess in an adult world; you will be eaten alive. If you expect me to continue this nonsense, in return, give you some 1 and 2 reviews, that is NOT going to happen. I have congestive heart failure and can tolerate no stress - it will kill me. In July, I was given six months to live. So, please stop playing spiteful games and let both of us just get back to writing. Thank you for your attention. livelylinda

I am sorry that you do not like my review and rating, but I am not going to change it. Nothing has been done in spite; however, your long and accusatory messages show immaturity on how you handle reviews. I will pray for you to release your frustrations to the Lord. Blessings : )
