Unite we stand, divide we fall
"Two Hands in Unity Make One"
by poetwatch
|
My brother, my sister, my friend,
we will walk a long road
hand-in-hand until the end.
United we'll carry the load.
There will be tempests
in the horizon,
winds blowing in protest.
Together, we will carry on.
If you stumble and fall,
we shall fall together.
This struggle belongs to all,
we are brothers and sisters.
Let our leaders plot their course;
let them fight tooth and nail.
Let them solve their own recourse;
one will lose without fail.
Yet, no one wins if we're not together.
Our two hands must join in unity
to survive this Nation's weather
and preserve our Liberty.
Together, before all Nations,
we will become one,
a melting pot where all relations
stand united, protecting our Freedom.

Author Notes
This Nation of our will always disagree, but we the people have always walked forward. We need to do that once more or die in the process. We are what we are and everyone lives free. Do not chain yourself to your hatred, we all need to grow.
