Covid has turned the world upside down
"Prayer to God" by Joanne Gill

We pray, dear God, you’ll intervene and help this world in distress.

This pandemic is taking its toll and the world is in such a mess.

So many people have been lost by deadly COVID this past year.

Loved ones dying all alone- it's just too much to bear.

Stores and schools are closing down. Some communities are almost dead.

We must stay home to keep safe. We can't seem to get ahead.

God, we hope the new vaccine will handle this monster COVID so we can all be free again and not live in constant dread.

Author Notes
Covid has the world turned upside down. Schools and businesses closing down. The sick are unable to be with their loved ones. Such a challenging time people cant spend time with family. I pray for some kind of normalcy to come back to our lives. My photo is from google.
