 ABOUT
YVON
I've been writing for over 40 years. I enjoy meditation and am interested in both western and eastern spiritual practices.

Portfolio | Become A Fan
I have a reflective mind
It attaches itself to things it likes
Words, numbers, colors, sounds and shapes
People too
But not always

In the pantheon of items my mind ingests
Shapes seem to be most alluring
Thoughts are just a by-product
What it feeds on, produces them
Good, nasty, lies and truth
Wander through this mental maze

Pedalling thoughts as words
For others to here
Seems strange
Mish-mash or non-sense
Understood inside
Outward, better hidden

Still the mind reflects its neighbourhood
And rattles around for my brain to digest
Then impress or express

My pants are loose, must tighten my belt
