Should beckon us to waken
"Touch Always There" by Ronni
Have you ever noticed
the way each flower, delicate or bold
gently wakens each awaited Spring
beams its blooms towards Heaven
as if in silent, collective obliging prayer
should beckon us to gleefully awaken
in audience, silent and soulfully serene
where was I, gratefully welcoming Him?

Have you ever felt
the kiss of the sun's warming cheer
as songbirds share their sweetness each day
bee's and butterflies pirouette elatedly
trees swing and sway in wispy whirls
leaves, like ballet dancers, gaily flutter
His gift of life, so majestically unfurls
where oh where is mine or yours?

Have you ever sighed
as clouds sauntered playfully in the sky
delicate breezes caress and softly glide
revealing blessings serenely gracious revelry
glowing sunsets, moonlights raptured span
each blessing, inviting His Touch to behold
where was I, or we, with grateful heart's sigh?

Author Notes
So many of us eagerly, joyously await the blessings and glories of lovely Spring.
Yet, so often so busy or unaware of how the lesser of those below us, find humbly
dutiful cause and so often missed, prayerful invocation and celebration to Him
above. Poets pen poems and artist's flourishingly paint the wonders of Spring,
yet it is curious how without any of these gifts or tools, these live and breathe in
prayer and gratitude create His Touch and Spring's most memorable majesties.
