Put our hands together and Pray for America
"Prayer Power" by JLR
I want to stand and shout.. " Hear me today"
for Peace and Love, we must make time to pray!
Turn our fear, and dismay, alarm, and harms
to God, who reigns Supreme and lock arms.

Lock arms, announce aloud, we do renounce
cruel injustice and we must revolt!
But, Christ would say, "disarm and pray; pronounce
yourself a protestor, a lightning bolt.

A lightning bolt of change through deep prayer."
Begin anew, outfox revolts, engage,
remold, deploy hope... have a love affair
for all Earth's souls.. instead of fear or rage.

Fear or rage are midpoints in outer bands,
a storm that destroys peoples hopes and dreams!
Link hands, for all who live in the badlands,
Pray for Peace, in Gods' grace, I want to stand!
