Exceptional
This work has reached the exceptional level
The hope of all Believers
"My Great Hope" by Robert Zimmerman
I saw my soul
t’was darkly soiled.
Searched for a cleanse,
from sin, embroiled.

How will I clear
The ledger’s mess?
Who holds the key
to give redress?

Is pardon real?
Can I derive
a sense of peace,
keep hope alive?

Anxiety
has filled my heart
What must I do?
Where do I start?

When hope is gone,
Despair prevails.
Impaled my heart,
Like rusty nails.

I then cried out.
The Savior came.
He sacrificed
to cleanse my name.

Confess my sins,
weakness reveal
Accept the fact
His Grace is real.

When earthly halls
no more to see.
I’ll be with Him
Eternally.
