"We'd Love To Have You" by Cynthia Adams1

OFFERING A HOME FOR YOU

All are welcome here.
As you can see from
the photograph, our
house is centuries old
but in pristine condition.
Most feel lighter and more carefree when crossing the threshold.
It is my Father’s house but you should direct all questions to me.
We have apartments of all sizes; my father’s house has many rooms.
The place will be ready
at your designated time.
For a preview, come and
 visit our Open House
Sunday, April 4, 2021
Sunrise. The address is:
21 Serenity Lane, North
Bethlehem, PA 18017
Dress comfortably.
Please remove shoes.
If you have questions,
you may ask for Peter.
He’ll be at the gate.

Boy Have I Got The Place For You!

We can grant your every wish in this very slammin' apartment, in an amazing secluded setting. You won’t be spied on by self-righteous neighbors or bothered by bible-toters at the door. We got everything they got up north, only better. You have your usual rooms but with pizzazz: luxurious sexy baths,
slippery-red bedrooms (covered with wall-to-wall mirrors), kitchen stocked to every gluttonous taste. But what will really get your engines roaring is the playroom. Fully sound-proofed, I might add. You can bring that certain somebody nobody knows about and let your freak flag fly.
All "equipment" provided--no extra charge.
Once you’re here, you’ll never want to leave.
Don’t worry...you won’t have to.
A deal can be arranged, perhaps a trade.
We’ll hit the fine print later.
Meet me at:
666 Serpent Square, Sulphur Springs, Texas 75482
at the stroke of midnight, October 31, 2021.
Ask for Faust.
Leave your inhibitions at the door.

Writing Prompt
Make two ads for an apartment for rent. Write one for Heaven and one for hell. Describe your apartment and give an address. Be creative. Recommended: No mention of Heaven or hell in the ads. Maximum word count is 300 words.

Author Notes
This is labeled as poetry so I could make the formatting fit but it is actually not poetry at all but rather two ads.
