 ABOUT
ROYOWEN

I have been writing for sometime, but until now I did a lot of it in seclusion. Glad for the information that led me here. I love this literary outlet to express the deep things of the heart....and the not so deep!

He is an accomplished poet and is currently at the #19 spot on this years rankings.

He is also an active reviewer and is holding the #1 spot on the top ranked reviewer list.

A symphony.
"I long to write..." by royowen
I long to write a melody
to touch a million souls;
compels and flirts with harmony
that stokes those embers'coals.

If I composed a symphony
inspired by love's sweet sound;
to wrap in gentle unity
in golden chords be bound.

But souls like wind cannot be caught
nor can they be contained;
yet I have dreamt to bind men's hearts
and cleanse what earth has stained.

And though I'm just a man like you
restricted, bound in flesh,
yet God has placed desire in me
all men with grace enmesh.

Author Notes
Psalm 133:1-3 "Behold, how good and pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in harmony! It is like the precious ointment upon the head that ran upon the beard, even Aaron's beard: that went down to the skirts of his garments; as the dew of Hermonn, and as the dew that descended upon the mountains of Zion: for there God commanded a blessing, even life forevermore."
