list poem
"From My Porch" by TAB_that's me
From my porch, I see
     lilies bouncing in the wind,
     the fountain that we built,
             bubbling o'er the rocks,
     the neighbor's too-long grass
             filled with weeds
             dotted with junk
             and thrown askew,
baby squirrels chasing 'round the tree,
a cardinal singing on a branch,
     the bird feeders
             we diligently fill,
     petunias--pink, purple and white
             in pretty pots
             sitting in a rustic
             railroad cart,
there's bushes, plants and viney things,
     loud Harleys zooming
              down the street,
     bee's balm, coneflowers, hollyhocks
              all in bloom
From my front porch, I enjoy
