Train Whistles at the railway gate
Hear doves soft calling to their mate
I toss and turn on daybreaks bed
Get up to start a new days toil
Put oatmeal on and watch it boil
Deep thoughts of life rush through my head
Still works of value I must do
Before my time on Earth is through
When this frail mortal shell is shed
