guilt/robin hood/benevolence
"Prayer" by krystal rae

Lord, forgive me on bended knees
I can't believe the "thugs life's" in me
Knowingly destroying me
Epitome of my enemy
"I'm a ride till I die!"
Staying high Is how I justified
why "I do what I don't gotta do" to survive
I'm not born deprived
But yea! I thrived, jeopardized, victimized and capitalized
On my innocent life
This is no surprise for me that chose this life
That implies
No itemize
No excuse
No denies
Just dealing with what you devised
Not my demise
At birth you could've let me die
Instead you let me survive
And dealt me the worst hand possible in life
That signifies
Your confidence in me
It took me awhile
But I realized when I got baptized
What didn't kill me made me stronger
Your faith in me made me wiser
My faith in you takes me higher
Your the reason that's why I bother
I know you put me here to inspire
To illustrate and convey your strength and power
Oh! My father how I wish it was that simple
To apply your rules
But here on earth I have to provide for several lives too
Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do
So I did what "I had to did"
Cause I'm all in
I never renege
Know that it's never been for profit
Your name forbids
My guilt is give
St Jude's, make a wish, autism the kids
Oh my father!!
Reminded of the time I sought out for you
I had so much shame
For the choices I had to make
I always believed but I didn't have faith
Right before I gave you mine
I remember that fear inside
Of giving you all my trust
When I did I never felt so alive
Oh my father!
I want to teach the lives
That you live inside
To let you provide
So you can be their guide
Thank you for this mission
Bless me with the vision
To see like you
Bless me with the strength to pull me thru
Oh my father forgive me please
Mark 16:15
You know I believe
