"Three Tiger Brothers" by Sandra du Plessis

The three little tiger brothers; Titus, Travis, and Tobias; are living in the National Wild Life Park with their parents.

Tiger brothers are just like human brothers; always planning their next prank to have fun.

The animals in the parks are taken care of by humans; that gives them lots of time to have fun and sometimes study the tourists who come to look at them.

Titus, the oldest brother, always has the best plans, and the other two follow his lead with confidence. They are watching the group of Meerkats nearby, from the wooden platform where they can easily spot their prey. Titus gives his brothers the signal, and they start to growl and roar in unison; the sounds echo over the fields.

The Meerkats freeze for a moment before they scattered bewildered in all directions, and find a hiding place from their predators. The Tigers, continue their growling and roaring facade until no small animal is around.

With twinkling in their eyes, they look to one another and smile. Titus gives a last roar to make sure no one peeps out of their holes before he stretches himself out for his mid-day nap. Travis and Tobias, follow their brother's example preparing for their nap to dream about dinner.

The rest of the afternoon, all the small animals, don't dare to come out of their safe hiding places, and they also take a nap.  The whole park becomes silent until sunset when the animals will gather at the waterhole.
