"Rescue Dogs (DiatellePoem)" by Rosemary Everson1

Might
I'd say
It's okay
Delay rescue
 Wind causing plane to stay
Blustery stress gusts next to you
Whirlwind twirl, tremors not a pleasant clue
Tomorrow gusts known to testing previous flight
Well-known pilots with rescue dogs come through
Fly me away to stay with crew
Beyond my tears to pray
Fears came unglued
No dismay
Downplay
right

Author Notes
We have rescue dogs in our family. They are much loved unconditionally. Yahuda Netanel, a private pilot with Wings of Rescue, carries two rescue dogs prior to a flight. More than 4 million U.S. pets are euthanized every year. Both pilot groups encourage spaying and neutering as a solution but know that airlifts will increase every year as they become more visible and the number of needy dogs grows.
I haven't wrote this type of poem (Diatelle) before. I'm trying to meet the requirements. Thank you for the comments/excellent reviews.
