75-Word Flash Fiction
"Fireworks!" by HealingMuse

“I’ve been shipwrecked here for two days without food.  Oh, there are cases of food all around – those mylar bags no one can ever open!  I’ve tried pummeling them with coconuts, skewering them with fish bones, slicing them with broken sea shells, to no avail,” pointing to my injured wrist.

“And now, back to the grocery packaging association’s convention.  I am scheduled as the keynote speaker,” I said, with a wicked, evil sneer.

“Fireworks tonight!”
