"Hypocritical Influence" by Deniz22

Many a sinner, many a time, has said to me,
"I can't believe Christ: there are hypocrites, you see."

A spurious argument and foolish to embrace,
There's never a reason to reject God's grace.

It's strange that the presence of the false, for you,
Doesn't argue for the real thing, and the true.

The fact of counterfeit, among the real twenty,
Never stopped anyone from saying, "Give me plenty!"

How silly and hypocritical, to let THEM decide for you,
since you are such a stickler for "only what's true".

Thousands of believers at Judgment will worship Him,
will you point to Judas, saying, "I didn't, because of him?"

Author Notes
John 6:64 (NKJV)
But there are some of you who do not believe. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were who did not believe, and who would betray Him.

John 3:16,17: For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. 17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through Him might be saved.
